I’m Rachel Wong, a Hong Kong based UX Designer and HCI Researcher exploring AI, emerging technology, and everyday consumer experiences. Designing intuitive products grounded in research, driven by curiousity, and centred around people.

I work where research meets craft. My background in psychology and human-computer interaction taught me to study how people actually behave through interviews, surveys, and testing, and my design and content work taught me to turn that understanding into things people respond to, whether that's an accessible app, a brand campaign, or a social video that reaches millions.

I care about work that feels considered — clear, purposeful, and grounded in real human needs rather than assumptions.
